We exhaust every avenue to create a culture where customer focus is ingrained and consistent. This is accomplished by maintaining a high level of communication, interactions, and follow-through.
The key components in our customer relations include:
• Pre-contract teleconference between Winder Labs and the customer to define the technical project scope and customize formulation development design.
• Identify project leaders to coordinate all project details.
• Establish a system to provide progress updates of projects and to discuss key issues.
